Just a few instagram (@stompface) shots of probably the world's most funnest dress. I am very in love with it and suspect I will be living in it all summer long.
Also how WONDERFULLY magical is the poison vial necklace from Wildfox. It is no secret that I want to marriage all over Wildfox, and this necklace is one of my new favourite things. Anything that makes you feel just a little bit like Juliet Capulet is alright by me!
Oh blogging world, I have been very busy lately and have not visited you in some time. Today I had a tooth removed from my face, so what better time to blog than now. I had one wisdom tooth taken out this morning, needles in your mouth are not fun, but at least it is out now.
Anyways I'm not supposed to drink or eat anything for about 4 hours. So obviously all I want to do is eat and drink everything in the house. I always want to do the opposite of what I'm told.
Also weather, HOW WINTER do you want to be? Speed up time to the weekend when things are getting a bit warmer.
I can't feel my face.

The last time I wore this dress, a strange man on the street asked me where it was from. I told him it was from the 60's and that I was a time traveller. He was quite impressed to hear that the world's first time machine was built entirely out of popcorn. He tried to bring me home to show me off to his kids, as most people would when coming across a time traveller. I calmly explained there was no time for me to meet his children as I would have evaporated by then.
It's always good to pretend you are a time traveller
How rad is this dress?

Thanks to my lovely bestie Hanhan for taking these photos in this dirty disgusting spare block. There was literally filth all around us. But then we went and ate delicious Vietnamese and all was right in the world again!!
also our good friend Mr Sunshine was out and about that day, and it was WONDERFUL. but then...he was gone... MR SUNSHINE, WHERE ARE YOU, I miss you very much, I have made many sunshine themed scrapbooks in your honour.
COOL BEANS. (which is more in reference to the dude from Hot Rod who is on the TV right now, and now I can't get cool beans out of my head.)

These shoes are a freakin' dream. I don't think I will ever grow out of this neon pink colour. I think these shoes were about the closet I was ever going to get to these which I have been lusting after for a very very long time.
I wore these last night for some friend's birthday celebrations, and things got a bit wild, and also very cold. I do not care for winter one bit. By the end of the night I'd swapped my heels for my husband's giant shoes, which made for an interesting outfit as well as rocking his giant jacket.
I also walked all the way home in the giant shoes, looking quite ridiculous but also hilarious.
Those are the best kinds of nights. When things get weird....
This blog post is specifically for Rosemary, because she is the most wonderful/beautiful Rosemary there ever was and also because I wanted to give her a shout out because she always makes me feel so good about myself and then I can't fit into any of my boots because I am too big for them, TOOO BIG. Check out her blog Lashe's & Lattes, because she is rather genius, and makes me wish I could be better at make up and also life.
Here are some photos of me the day after I got back from Bali, and was happy to receive this delight in the mail thanks to Somedays Lovin. The awesomely detailed back came at the right time as I had some what of a back tan! Good team work back tan and rad tee. Good teamwork.
Meanwhile, back to the present. I am about to embark on quite an amazing quest today. I will be driving by myself to my best friend's house. Yes maybe it doesn't sound like the world's greatest quest, but I am afraid of driving. I will be back with many tales of my adventures tomorrow.

I have been thrashing the new Santigold album, pretty gosh darn hard core for at least this afternoon. .....Seeing as I only bought it today.
Tunes like these make me want to have ridiculous dance parties with my bestie whilst eating chocolate freckles and rolling down hills.
But not actually rolling down hills because that seems a bit scary and I was never a fan of any kind of slide/ride.
Today I went to the shops on a quest to find chocolate freckles. First I went to Darrel Lea, alas they only sold medium sized freckles, not bags filled with little ones. So then I went to a supermarket, I stared at the shelf for at least 2 hours (5 minutes) getting more and more distressed that there was NO freckles. I started to think freckles had been a figment of my imagination and they did not exist anymore.
Then all of a sudden, a lady dressed as a chef offered me some free Lindt chocolate, and all was right again in the world. As if like magic, I could see the freckles on the shelf! I bought two packets. It was a wonderful day indeed.
These photos are from Sunday's adventures when I celebrated my Grandma's 96th birthday, ate pizza with my brother and his family, and knocked back many a wine to celebrate my father in law's birthday at the local Lawn Bowls Club.
YOU might have noticed, I am back to blogging. I will continue blogging, as long as it is on my own terms. Which means, lots of ranting and strange stories, and pictures that may make your eyes bleed. This is just a document of my rather silly life, and nothing more.
wearing Wildfox jumper & necklace, Dotti jeans, Betts boots, Human being made my parents (that's a bit creepy to think off), blonde hair by my wonderful hairdresser (gosh she is very good at life).
Except not at all, I usually NEVER ever wear jeans. I've just always been more of a dress person, its more fun to gallop through fields of daisies in a lovely floaty dress. But alas it is becoming more and more wintry here, MORWINTER. I don't care for it one bit. So I have been trying to ease myself into this jeans wearing business. And I am not hating it as much as I thought!
This is me, wearing a mustardy knitty delight, about to go out for dinner with the ever amazing gorgeous lady Young Zeus. I wish she blogged still, because she is freakin cool, and her blog was a favourite of mine.
I've been wearing this skirt to death, its not good when I do that because one day I will hurt it and never want to wear it again. What a sad day that will be.
But today is not a sad day, because I won a dress and got to go home super early. Yay me and yay Friday's! Hope you are all having amazing ones.
