... this is what I wore, for a casual day of ignoring sport on the TV to the best of my ability.

I will forever be obsessed with morange, as I am sure you know too well by now.  It is my absolute favourite shade of lipstick ever.

This is how I did my hair, it is getting long enough to do things with it again, hooray! I am still loving the length though.

Will be getting my hair did again in a couple of weeks.  Should I go blonde blonde? Or keep the darker bits through it? I love when other people make my decisions for me so feed back is WONDERFUL.

chip chop chip chop.............

chip chopped my hair on Thursday, all this talk of chip chop makes me think of chocolate chip and that is delicious!  Had to get this short cut out of my system because I had been thinking about it FOR EV ER.  and now it is done I can move on with my life without constantly thinking about chopping it all off.

so I'm pretty happy haps with it which is good and not bad.  I just only wish the weather would get back to being summah like, it is freakin miserable out there and I can't get motivated because I need sunshine in my life.

the last photo is courtesy of my beloved hansticles! we had adventures last night, and in true hanby/abnah style we had the most fun just standing on the road for 5 minutes.  But then we got on to way too serious conversations and too many deep and meaningfuls....nothing like a night out with your bestie!

chop chop chop..............

So I chopped off half of my hair, quite literally about half ot it as it was down to my hips.... I feel so relieved now, it was like this itch I just wanted to chop it all off because it was super ratty and annoying and I was so bored of it.  It is super healthy and lovely now, if you ever pass me on the street you should definitely stroke it because it feels beautiful.  I promise not to be weirded out... I love a good friendly stranger.

anyhoo it is good to have a change, I wish I had gone a bit shorter even....

Got my hair done on Friday...it is a bit lighter, with some goldeny blondes put in it...and re fringed..but more Sienna Miller Alfie styles rather than full fringe...

Fringe Benefits featuring kitty invasion........

Well sirs, I finally got around to the fringe I have been procrastinating on. And boy am I glad I got it out of my system! What are your thoughts? Good or bad, it is good to think good things about the universe and fringes. That's my life motto. Actually that isn't my life motto, but if I had a life motto it would involve something about building things entirely out of inanimate objects, like stapler houses and paper clip ball gowns.

Oh kitty invader, she loves me really even though she looks like she is trying to escape up there. But the reason for that is quite simple. Her hero is Houdini, and her lifes dream is to become the first kitty escape artist. I think she is quite talented.

Howdy howdy howdy.

I am the worlds most tired stompface. It is a world record I am sure you have all strived to achieve. Hooray for me.

I have been bounding south the last few days.

My life is also now complete as I got to see the beauty that is Lykke Li. Who was wearing a wildly amazing outfit. A big black cut out fringed top, layers and layers of big silver chains, hot black leggings. She thrashed out on the cymbal and danced wildly and sung through a kazoo and a megaphone. We all rejoiced for 8 hours. Marriage?

I almost managed to beach it every day this year (haha), but failed yesterday, but I still swam at a pool, does that count? Perhaps this will be the next world record.

Life has been hectic and fun and sad all at the same time for stompface lately. Lets hope 2009 is filled with magical street urchins that sing Aladdin tunes all day long and thousands upon thousands of slices of fairy bread made entirely out of diamonds (they don't make your gums bleed hardly at all.)

xoxo gossip girl... I mean stompface. I get so confused sometimes.

p.s. I am about 50 thousand years behind in everyones blogs, but fear not and don't start throwing rocks just yet, as I am on the days of holi so there will be much stompface love to come.

Because when I said make it look natural what I really meant was put many dramatic obvious stripes on the top of my head. Yes it is very natural. Natural like a Zebra.

Oh look, a beanie will cover my zebra like appearance, "Oh Hi! Hi Mrs Velvet! How ARE you?"

At least my hair is still wild and long and free.
Infact, my hair is such a free spirit, that during the night it uproots itself from my head and goes on many adventures in jungles and rainforests and goes to raid lost arks. In the morning I wake up and there are all these ancient artefacts sitting on my pillow and I think "Damn, it happened again!"

I booked my hairdressers appointment....

One time I worked with a girl, who used to always compliment me on my outfits, and shoes and hair. Then one day she said to me "I booked my hairdressers appointment" but all scary and stalker like, as if she was going to go out and get her hair cut exactly like me. Oh my, she was hilarious.

Anyways, tomorrow I am going to the hairdressers, and I am happy to finally get rid of my filthy, filthy regrowth. I know that some of you may miss good old regrowth features, but I won't. At all. Silly regrowth.

I just want it to look all natural and free so that I can roll about in fields of daisies and big puddles of mud and my hair will still look natural and wonderful. Don't you agree that will be lovely? AY? AY?

I will post some glorious non regrowth pictures tomorrow, after my appointment. Then you can print them off, and stick them to your fridge and announce loudly and dramatically to your family "OH my look how her regrowth is gone!" and then your family will be so happy and proud of my head that you will all hold hands and skip.
