1. Going to see "The Wackness", Mary-Kate and the 90's! Two things I love very much all in the one movie.
2. Eating glorious fettucine vodka at a nice restaurant. It is only my favourite meal in the universe.
3. Stumbling into the Fremantle Festival(I think?) and seeing some cool busking and bands, and lots of markets.
4. Buying cheap new sunglasses at these markets.
5. Picnic at the park, and being surrounded by ducklings there. Holy moly, they were so cute, they literally hung out at our picnic for ages, and just wandered all over our picnic rugs and what not. Oh and pecked at my feet, see above.
6. Coming home after a long day, and chilling on the couch with the boy watching "Dexter" in my pjs!
Happy days!

Hey doll! Well look at that, a babydoll dress, its lovely. Very cute with those studded sandals. And your ducklings as accessories, very very stylish. Everyone should have ducklings as accessories.
ReplyDeleteOh and the Wackness is totally awesome. Makes me miss being a scraggly little 12 year old trying to be all gangsterrr and what not. Mary Kate as a slightly loopy hippy is adorable in the movie too.
ReplyDeleteYou look like barbie doll !
ReplyDeleteLove this dress !!!
you should have stayed for the fashion show in Freo! it was a public event. oh well.
ReplyDeleteDo you actually get some vodka in that past dish? :)

DUCKS ARE MY FAVORITE ANIMALS!!!
ReplyDeleteI had to bold it because I need to emphasize that it should be MY foot in that picture, and especially in those shoes.
You know what's annoying? For the longest time, the comment box on your blog loads 3 times slower than any other blogger's comment box. It's as if Blogspot doesn't want me to talk to! Pft. Too bad, it's worth waiting through the super slow load of the comment box, just to talk to you! :D
ReplyDeleteAnyway BEAUTIFUL dress, I love love love it! Actually I love the whole outfit, and the pictures are all so beautiful too! :)
xoxo,

That sounds like such an amazing day! I love those days where everything turns out just wonderfully. And you forgot to put down wearing that dress on your list, because honey, you look damn fine in it!
ReplyDeletexoxo
aarrgh cute cute cute! you are as adorable as the little ducklings. i too am embarking on a picnicking venture, my friend says that it is a surprise and that we will have to close our eyes before we get there but i don't see how that will be possible seeing as we have to DRIVE behind her lol
ReplyDeletei'm glad you had a lovely day
I love ducklings! So cute.
ReplyDeleteAhh, what cute ducklings!
ReplyDeleteAnd I kinda adore the floatyness of the dress. Lovely!
How pretty is your dress!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures.
"What is her name? That caravan girl" Your pics put that song in my head....actually they kind of look like a Sportsgirl campaign!
ReplyDeleteWe need to have words about your self-esteem miss. Thats two comments you've left me with negative self references which I must immediately address:
1) You are not too un-co for pole. Trust me, I've taught a lot of girls and the mere fact you can pose so well in your pics tells me you're coordinated!
2) You would surely have excellent op-shop skills. I blame the op-shops near you for having crap stuff (naughty op-shops! making stompgirl feel bad...)
If you still don't beleive me then next time you're in Sydney I will teach you some pole and take you op-shopping....but only if you teach me how to pose so fabulously and make basics look amazing (I suck big-time at both)
Deal?

Ohh I saw that dress in Myer ages ago (like possibly a couple of years back) and wanted to get it bad but stupidly didn't. I've been thinking about it ever since and seeing you wear it has made me kick myself even more! I need to get my hands on one stat. It's like the perfect summer dress. You look gorgeous!...and this is a long ass comment. Apologies! :)
ReplyDeleteOh I like long comments!
ReplyDeleteYeah they sold that dress at Myer, and I got mine at Live I think.
Sorry to rub it in your face, after all these years.
It was a worthwhile dress to buy though, I still wear it all the time! Hope you find one!
