 Last night's outfitty of delight! IT WAS A FUN OUTFIT.

There is nothing more fun then wearing an outfit you are really excited about.

The highlight of my evening was the two adorable middle aged men who fell asleep in the corner at the pub I was at, they were absolutely precious, and I don't know why but it made me so happy that their friends just kept drinking and allowed them to sleep peacefully amongst them.  I wish they were MY friends.

Getting my outfit organised for my sister in law's 30th birthday tonight! Happy Day of Birth to Zoey, you are WONDERFUL.  And also I suspect some St Patrick's Day rowdiness.

 

 

I've quit drinking for a while, so I'm getting myself pumped by listening to new Miike Snow rather than copious wine as per usual.  Miike Snow is my love.

 

 

My hubby won't be pleased when he realises that practically this entire outfit is new. HE'LL BE VERY SURPRISED.

It is HIGH time I did an outfit post.  Oh how convenient, I have done one already, the pictures are right here. You are looking at them! You are a fantastic detective and you shall get a promotion!

How awesome sauce is pink?  So many wonderful things in this word are pink:

Pink fairy floss

Pink paint

Piglets

This blazer

Blue buckets if you are colour blind

Hippopotamus's who have covered themselves in pink lipstick

I could go on and on. Pink is COOL. and I like to be cool, because when I am being cool people sometimes confuse me for a giant ice block.  And that makes me look bad ass, because several rappers have Ice in their name. As does ice cream, and ice cream is delicious.  So it's an all round good situation to be in.

Market HQ, oh the deliciousness!

Oh Market HQ, you can do no wrong in my book! I ordered my first dress from their store last week, and it came with two fortune cookies, YES YOU HEARD ME CORRECTLY, FORTUNE COOKIES!!!  So therefore Market HQ is possibly the most awesome online store to ever exist in this universe.

These are three of my favourite looks at the moment:

1. Gosh, I fell madly in love with this jacket creamy lacey invention, unfortunately it was a vintage revival so I missed out.  But absolutely love the whole jacket as a dress and you all know I am a sucker for neutral colours.

2. Pocahontas...need I say more?  Any outfit that makes me feel like one of my favourite Disney characters is alright by me!

3. Ponchos!! It is very nearly winter times and I plan to fill my wardrobe with a million ponchos because they are warm and fun, and I love this paired with over the knee socks, I really miss over the knee socks.

toi et moi 2.................

What a fun tee! I love this very very much, thanks to toi et moi...you will have to excuse my ratty pool hair as I had been laying around poolside this day..........

Today it is Wednesday, where is Friday? It must have got lost in the mail.  I specifically requested for it to arrive today.  Long weekend this weekend so it is an especially special Friday.

Gosh I am so tired, I have nothing of importance to say whatsoever.

engagementy times.............

Some snaps from the engagement party last night, had good times, because it was an incredibly fun outfit!

Also spent a good part of the night explaining to strangers the amazement of the game Dead Worm, after seeing some kids who were lying on the floor playing it without even knowing they were playing it! I kept shouting at them YOUR PLAYING DEAD WORM! THAT IS MY FAVOURITE GAME.  They were quite amused. Yes, good times indeedy.

toi et moi.......................

Just taking a stroll in a spare block in a smokin' hot dress! What? Don't you do that most evenings? Excuse my facial expressions, it was rather squinty in the sunlight.  Thanks to the most amazing ladies in the world at Toi Et Moi for this delicious treat of dressness.  It is so so pretty in real life, the most amazing intricate beading details! Huzzah for beading!  Huzzah for spare blocks! I hear you can build houses on them! 

Also do you ever have that moment when you put on a dress and you are like, hrmm this would only be complete if it has pockets, and then you go for where the pockets should be, AND THERE ARE POCKETS!?  Well, if you know that feeling then you know the insane happiness that happens when you realise you have pockets and you daydream of all the things you can put in them (ipods, lipgloss, purses, kitchen sinks, dinosaurs, tractors).  Plus pockets are extra comfy.  Hooray for pockets! 

Speaking of pockets, does anyone remember Polly Pocket, but like the original 90's Polly Pocket, when she actually was crazy small?? They were awesome, these new fandangled ones aren't pocketsized at all they are GIANT.  It is probably the only time I don't like something that is giant.

Now I'm just rambling, so I'm off for wild adventures into the night now, goodnight my dears.

hot han water...much like hot ham water... but instead of ham boiling in water it is a lady in a hot outfit... I love this on han so much I had to blog it.. we bought this same teeshirt on our Friday shopping adventures, and I can't wait to wear mine now!! hot hot hot.
