It is the only way.  Good golly I miss summer.  It is STARTING to get slightly lighter earlier in the mornings and that is a good sign.

This was a lovely sunny day a week or so ago.  Tomorrow it will be sunny also.  Sunny is good.  Life is good (even though it is still winter).

Pink is COOL. and I like to be cool, because when I am being cool people sometimes confuse me for a giant ice block.  And that makes me look bad ass, because several rappers have Ice in their name. As does ice cream, and ice cream is delicious.  So it's an all round good situation to be in.

Oh spotty dress! I still love you!  You are spotty most of the time, I cannot account for when you are in the closet and I can not see you, perhaps then you are zig zaggy. Spotty dress, I can stand next to flowers in you, and you also make a fantastic pillow.

I am obsessed with these amazeballs MINKPINK shades from Market HQ.  And the most shocking thing of all is that, my husband likes them too!! I don't think he has ever, in the 7 years we have been together, EVER liked a pair of my shades.  It's a Christmas miracle!!

When you have two ridiculously hot days in a row, it becomes too hot to put together any sort of outfit.

So I was happy when this arrived in my Market HQ package yesterday.  Super comfy, perfect summer table.  I must be tired because by table I obviously mean staple.  Not the kind you use to hold pages together, dresses can not be used to hold together documents.  Unless it is a dress made entirely out of documents. But that is an entirely different story.

Can you tell I'm delirious? It's the heat, THE HEAT I TELLS YA.

freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee................

So today I started my Christmas holidays!! Work was super cruisy today and I was out of there by 10.30 in the morning! Happiness consumes me! Super excited for summer time fun! And Christmas time, I have been getting crazy festive this year, making snow flakes to hang from the ceiling, watching an abundance of Christmas movies and going to look at neighbourhood Christmas lights.  It's been wonderful!

I'm almost not sure what to do with my next 17 days off! So expect a lot of bloggety blog blogs from me.  Especially since I got a nice fancy camera as an early Christmas present thanks to my Love.

Fun Friday afternoon times with my best friend Max and Mr Stompface, running around the streets in the sunny sun wearing a spotty spot dress and sparkly sparkle shoes on my veiny vein feet!  It was wonderful.

Can you feel the summertime!!!  I am having a summah constantly, and I like it.

florally floral town.....

Enjoyed late Melbourne Cup drinks with my lovely husband today, going out for drinks and having champagne and courtyard parties  It was quite a magical afternoon indeed! Wearing this delightful MINKPINK dress from Market HQ which I had planned to wear to work today but thought it may be a little too much on the short side.  Either way its a freaking beautiful dress and I like to wear it and roll about in fields of flowers, which is good camouflage seeing as it is also floral.  No one will ever find me hiding in the fields ever, because I am very sneaky indeed. I wore this a few weeks ago for Mr Stompface's birthday but my camera is close to death so the photos were no good.  It's not a good sign when your iPhone takes better photos than your camera.  It is in fact very sad!!!

I like wolves.....

When I first ever heard of I Like Wolves, I thought, well yes I agree, I like wolves too.  Wolves are all furry and rad.  Once I watched a documentary about some orphaned wolf cubs and they were getting them to live with some male adult wolves, and they were like they will either eat them or care for them.  But they cared for them! They were all loving and nurturing to the ridiculously cute baby wolf cubs.  So the moral of the stories is wolves are awesome.  As is this brand.  I love this dress pretty hardcore, and can't wait to hit some more summery weather to enjoy it to the most. 

I'm also wearing a horse head necklace from MINKPINK, horses are amazing too! I can't reference any documentaries featuring horses, but they are so darn close to being unicorns they are cool anyway.

So it was supposed to be a public holiday today, but it has been postponed because of CHOGM.  But that hasn't stopped me, as soon as I have got home from work I have been surrounding myself in vodka and delicious treats and have been pretending that I had a long weekend.  Ahh pretending is good, today I am also living in a castle made entirely out of icecream.  Icecream is pretty delicious. Just saying.

the day I discovered my magial weather related powers.....................

This was last weekend at my lovely niece's 2nd birthday. It was pretty cold that day, but I was trying to trick the weather into being more springy! and it must have worked because it has been sunshiney all week. I HAVE MAGICAL WEATHER RELATED POWERS.  I know it is quite amazing.

This The Story Of dress is basically the best dress in the universe, it is definitely going to be a go to item and I will get a lot of wear out of it this spring/summer.  So pretty and floaty.

The shoes!! They are bright! They are turquoise! They can blind you with their beautifulness! They are surprisingly comfy.  I love them more than life itself.

I hope you are having pleasant weekends.  I'm currently procrastinating cleaning my house, perhaps I also have magical house cleaning related powers? HOUSE BE CLEAN!

Aloha!  Gosh I love this dress very much! Wore this out on dinner adventures last night. The lipstick is called Morange. Which I like to tell people means MORE ORANGE.  What's not to love about more orange? I'm a big oompa loompa fan, I was once a member of an Oompa loopa appreciation club with Hannah.  It was a wild wild ride.  Unfortunately these don't quite capture the orangeness of the lippy.  BUT I may wear it out again tonight BECAUSE I AM A REBELLIOUS YOUTH.  and then I will try for another shot.

Shot you a dirty look? No with a bullet.. to the neck.  You should all watch this immediately, you will be laughing forever.
