This is me, wearing a mustardy knitty delight, about to go out for dinner with the ever amazing gorgeous lady Young Zeus.  I wish she blogged still, because she is freakin cool, and her blog was a favourite of mine.

I've been wearing this skirt to death, its not good when I do that because one day I will hurt it and never want to wear it again.  What a sad day that will be.

But today is not a sad day, because I won a dress and got to go home super early. Yay me and yay Friday's! Hope you are all having amazing ones.

 Last night's outfitty of delight! IT WAS A FUN OUTFIT.

There is nothing more fun then wearing an outfit you are really excited about.

The highlight of my evening was the two adorable middle aged men who fell asleep in the corner at the pub I was at, they were absolutely precious, and I don't know why but it made me so happy that their friends just kept drinking and allowed them to sleep peacefully amongst them.  I wish they were MY friends.

Getting my outfit organised for my sister in law's 30th birthday tonight! Happy Day of Birth to Zoey, you are WONDERFUL.  And also I suspect some St Patrick's Day rowdiness.

 

 

I've quit drinking for a while, so I'm getting myself pumped by listening to new Miike Snow rather than copious wine as per usual.  Miike Snow is my love.

 

 

My hubby won't be pleased when he realises that practically this entire outfit is new. HE'LL BE VERY SURPRISED.

holster x shoes = good sparkly times

Good golly, who doesn't love a ridiculously sparkly foot.  I sure do, feet are not my favourite thing to look at, but if you cover them in sparkly goodness it is a pleasant distraction.  Although beware of magpies. 

I thought I would show you these minus my feet first, so you can really appreciate their beauty, because in a second I will show some photos where my feet are in them and I have silly feet.

These Holster shoes are a magical dream, you can find them here!  I think it's so hard to find sandals in this day and age that are a bit different, I feel like everything looks so similar so its nice to have something a bit unique partying on your feet on hot summer days.

things that are new are things that I like, I like old things too, but happen to enjoy these new things as well.....

Oh gosh they are turquoisy, they are wedgey, they go on my feet.

New dressy and shades via my beloved Market HQ.  Look at the fun tote they came in! I LOVE FUN TOTES. Even when people say totes as in totes mcgotes, as in totally. I love it, as long as it has a pretty dress and shades in it.

Am I making sense or dollars? Who would know.

.... I found and bought some new shoes that made Mr Purse very happy indeed...

Here is an excerpt from the phone conversation I just had with Mr Stompface:

Stompy – I bought two pairs of shoes today….
Mr Stompy - WHYYY!!??!! *loud indecipherable noises* *Mr Stompy’s head explodes!*
Stompy – Guess how much they cost all up!
Mr Stompy – One million dollars!!! *angry wailing*
Stompy – $35!!!
Mr Stompy - *Head grows back* I AM FILLED WITH MUCH HAPPINESS AND PRIDE, YOU ARE A GOOD WIFEY TO BE, AND WHEN WE GET MARRIAGED I SHALL SHOWER YOU WITH TEN DOLLAR PAIRS OF SHOES AND EVERYONE WILL GASP AT THE GLORY.
